- Thanks Rodolfo!!! Great information, a lot of case law to look at. Your information is the most I have found on any site in the last 3 years. Thank you. And thanks for the talking with me. I am not giving up my fight, and with your information I hope others will be able to continue. I have seen so many go for loan mods only to find out that they have waived their rights to notice and end up with a notice to vacate even though they have made those trial payments
